• Hall must be restored to the same condition as before the event. This includes the kitchen. A cleaning fee of $75 will be applied if the hall is not returned to its previous condition.

• The above mentioned client will be held liable for any damage caused to Ohr Hamizrach premises at the time of the event.

• Balance and key to premises are due after the event. If extra time is needed, this must be worked out before the event.

• All surplus foods/beverages will be removed from Ohr Hamizrach premises immediately after the event.
